The Elite: 6 hours

Elite Moments, DMV is a family owned business founded by Geisha and Courtney in 2020.  With Geisha's extensive business background and Courtney's eye for chic décor, the two came together to offer you,  Elite Moments, an outdoor at your location chic bell tent event service.  The Elite Moments team will come to your approved outdoor location, set up the tent and décor based off your package of choice.  Don't have a space large enough for our tent?...We've got that covered too!  Let us assist you with your next girls or guys night, baby shower, bridal shower, family gathering, graduation or just because event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How many people does the bell tent hold?

A: With floor style table seating, the bell tent comfortably holds twelve (12) people.

Q: How much is the reservation deposit?

A: 50% of the party total is due at the time of reservation.  The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled event.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Event reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full  refund.  Event reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event will be charged half of the event total.  Event reservations cancelled within 7 days of the event date will be charged the full event total.

Q: Is setup and breakdown included?

A: Setup and breakdown is included in the allotted timeframe.

Q: Does Elite Moments offer catering services?

A: No, Elite Moments does not offer catering services.  However, we do offer freshly made charcuterie boards and boxes as an add on.

Q: Are open flames or heaters allowed in the bell tent?

A: No open flames, heaters, vaping and smoking is allowed in the bell tent.  This includes e-  cigarettes.

Q: What forms of payment does Elite Moments accept?

A: Elite Moments accepts cash, credit cards, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo and corporate checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

Q: What COVID-19 and sanitary measures does Elite Moments follow?

A: All décor and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before and after your event, all glasses, etc. are disposable and all cloth napkins have been professionally dry cleaned.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We bring the experience to you.  In other words, we are a mobile service; we bring the event to your identified location.  Please note, if utilizing locations such as beaches, public parks or any other public location (i.e. a location that is not your personal property) it is your responsibility to obtain all required permits and or approvals from the necessary entities and provide Elite Moments, DMV with a copy.  Elite Moments, DMV is not responsible for events being shutdown by park police or any other county/state enforcement.  Full payment for the party will still be required (no refund will be given).

Q: Do you scout for locations?

A: Unfortunately, we do not.  However, we recommend grassy areas (areas that stakes can be inserted into the ground - if using the tent).  

Q: Can I have a party without using the tent?

A: Yes, see the packages area for additional information.

Q: Can I solely rent the tent?

A: Yes, see the packages and pricing area for additional information.

Q: How long is setup and breakdown?

A: Elite Moment's, DMV will need between 1 hour to 2.5 hours to setup and breakdown depending on your party package.

A Waiver of Liability must be signed by participants.
